You need to cancel an order prior to its shipping. Advance payment type orders cannot be cancelled online. Cancellations are considered only if cancellation requests are made within 72 hours of order placement. Same day delivery orders, special occasion orders and orders for perishable items cannot be cancelled. However, replacements will always be entertained.
